Our normal shipping is USPS First Class or Parcel Post depending on weight. We use a zone rate shipping method. When checking out, you will receive a shipping charge that is tacked on to your total based on where you live and the total weight of the items you are ordering. However, some weights or areas may not be able to be calculated in which case, you can contact us. Priority and Express mail shipping are available at an additional cost. You will be given the option to choose a faster shipping method during checkout.

RETURNS:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important at International Nature Nutraceuticals, Inc. We will make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. We understand that online purchasing involves an element of trust and we sincerely appreciate your trust. We also understand that you may occasionally need to return a product bought from International Nature Nutraceuticals, Inc. If your return is our fault (e.g. incorrect packaging), we will refund your purchase price and your shipping costs or provide you a replacement. The choice is yours. If the return is not due to our mistake, we will refund your money or replace the product but not shipping costs. The vast majority of our business (99.9%) is accomplished without a problem, but we recognize that mistakes occur and take the attitude whenever possible to ensure our customer satisfaction. You will not find a higher quality of service nor a better guarantee anywhere!
